Stores Open, Double Security!

With the outbreak of COVID-19, safety and hygiene have become watchwords in Forall Phones. After we have created Live Store - the Store via video call and redoubled carewith the hygiene of our equipment, we maintain our physical stores open, with as many security procedures as possible!

There are some measures that we want you to know so that this entire process occurs as normally!

For this reason, from our side, these will be our procedures:

All of our store owners are required to wear masks, taking your temperature at the beginning of your shift and disinfecting your hands
Our tenants will obligatorily have to wash or disinfect your hands every 30 minutes
The maximum number of people allowed per store will be one store owner and a customer
The cleaning frequency of our stores will increase to < strong>6 timesa day
Communication of good practices will be reinforced either on Placards in store, through our team or on our social networks
Customers will always be suggested to pay by contactless or MB way

For your part, we ask you to:

Bring a maskon is mandatory, otherwise it will not be possible enter the store
Confirm stockonlinebefore going to our stores to avoid leaving home in vain
Check in advance with hourswhen stores are open, as these may vary
In cases of activationofwarranty, we ask that you first contact our supportintended for these situations that will advise you whether or not to go to the stores . Situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Avoidtouching as much as possible with exposed items. Always ask the retailer to show you the equipment or accessories. If you want to touch any item, there will be disinfectant so you can disinfect your hands
Last but not least, if you don't feel comfortable going to a of our stores, you can always choose our Live Store, and have the in-store experience leave home and safely!
