What to Expect from the iPhone 8?

In the year in which the much acclaimed Apple celebrates its tenth anniversary, the launch of the iPhone 8, scheduled for September 2017, has long been awaited.

But after all, what do we know so far?

Well, what we know is that there are no great certainties, if there is one thing that distinguishes the North American brand it is the quality of confidentiality, but here are some rumors:

To begin with, it is expected to be called iPhone 8, although the possibility of it being iPhone 7S or even iPhone X, Special Edition, or just iPhone is not ruled out ? Apple will want to ?break the routine? after a decade?

In terms of new features, it is still very difficult to distinguish between fiction and reality:

Hardware

  • AMOLED or OLED screen, 5.8 inches (2560px by 1440px);
  • 3D camera and virtual reality integration capability;
  • Possibility of a curved screen;
  • No Home button and borders on the screen;
  • Waterproof;
  • Double battery and fast charging;
  • Wireless Charging;
  • USB-C for fast connections;
  • 10nm A11 chip;
  • There will only be 64GB and 256GB versions;
  • Fingerprint reader.

Design

  • According to TechRadar, curved glass is expected to replace aluminum;
  • Color is one of the biggest unknowns, as Apple surprised us with the RED (special edition) design of the iPhone 7.

Extras

As time goes by, the Apple community is discussing different possibilities, namely:

  • Smart connector - a smart connection for the iPad Pro;
  • Facial recognition - front camera will allow gamers to create a 3D avatar;
  • It folds like a book - andpay special attention to this suspicion, as Apple has registered a patent that allows this functionality.

Well, one thing is for sure! The iPhone 8/X/Special Edition will definitely surprise!

We'll be here to see :)
