Terms and Conditions of Forall Protect

1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions of the "Forall Protect" protection service offered by Blue4All Lda. By subscribing to Forall Protect, the customer agrees to the terms described below.

2. Definitions

  • Forall Protect: A protection service for mobile devices that offers repairs or replacements in case of accidental physical damage or functional failures, as described in these terms.
  • Customer Participation: A fixed amount the customer must pay to access the benefits of Forall Protect in the event of a covered incident.
  • Incident: Any event that results in damage to the device, as covered by Forall Protect.

3. What We Cover

Forall Protect offers protection for the following types of device damage:

  • Broken screen: Physical damage to the screen resulting in cracks or breaks.
  • Total or partial breakage of the equipment: Damage that partially or totally compromises the physical integrity of the device.
  • Oxidation: Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, resulting in internal corrosion.
  • Short circuit: Internal electrical damage due to component failures causing a short circuit.

5. Customer Participation

For each incident covered by Forall Protect, the customer is responsible for paying a participation fee as outlined in Section 4. Payment of this fee is required to activate repair or replacement services.

6. Coverage Limitations

Forall Protect does not cover:

  • Repairs performed by third parties not authorized by Forall.
  • Any damage or failure occurring outside the borders of Portugal.
  • Damage caused intentionally or through misuse of the device.
  • Theft, loss, or burglary of the device.

6.1 Usage Limit

Forall Protect is limited to one claim per year. Only one covered incident, as described in Section 3, will be repaired or replaced during the 12-month validity period of the service.

7. Duration and Cancellation

  • Forall Protect is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription.
  • The customer can cancel the protection at any time with 30 days' notice. In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of paid fees.
  • Forall reserves the right to cancel Forall Protect for non-payment of the monthly or annual fee.

8. How to Activate Forall Protect

In case of an incident, the customer must:

  • Contact forall.protect@forallphones.com within 48 hours of the incident.
  • Provide all requested information, including proof of ownership of the device.
  • Pay the applicable customer participation fee.

If the monthly fee payment is overdue, the protection will be immediately canceled.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for properly caring for the device and taking reasonable steps to prevent damage.
  • The customer must immediately notify Forall of any incident, as described in Section 8.
  • The customer is responsible for maintaining monthly or annual payments for Forall Protect.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Forall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or through the official website.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
