Here is the last testimony of the series made up of our shapers who have been part of this family for a year. Thus, we close this section with a testimony from Sara Silva, Community leader and Squad leader of the translations of our articles:
?It?s been a year since I joined Forall! Who would have thought that from a simple application I could have all the experience and personal growth that I obtained within this community.
I joined at the end of November, without great expectations and with a lot of trepidation, as I had never sold anything, much less cell phones! However, we were in the middle of Black Friday week and with Christmas approaching so there was no better time than now to start working. Now that a year has passed, I understand that I wasn't just selling cell phones, I was promoting a lifestyle, a different way of looking at things and, with some hope, changing people's lives! (is there anything that technology doesn't change?!)
There were much fewer of us in the Facebook group, but the family spirit was already felt. When I joined, I immediately noticed that I was in front of a group of passionate and motivated people, focused on just one goal: elevating Forall Phones. And that is what we achieve every day! Now, we are a bigger and increasingly complete family, with more knowledge, a greater cultural variety and above all more ambitious!
In my experience as a shaper I was able to improve my ability to communicate with clients, better understand their needs and adjust my approach, in order to direct our clients to their dream cell phones. As a Community leader, I learned that motivation is a key factor for good work, as well as team relationships. I also had the opportunity to work on the translation team, taking our fantastic blog articles and newsletters to an international level, where everyone can read them!
So, since last year, I have had a fantastic gift of belonging to this great company! With effort and dedication the sky is the limit, it depends on each one of us.?
