With the growth of #forallfamily, we decided to start bringing the testimonies of some shapers to the blog. I leave you with the experience of Ana Correia, a shaper and also Community leader from Lisbon:
?My first contact with Forall Phones was like a potential customer. At the time, I was thinking about changing my cell phone and quickly came across an ad.
The possibility of purchasing one iPhone at the prices shown was attractive, but I admit I gave up. At the time, I saw Forall Phones as just another ?used cell phone store? and that I would lose my money if I made a purchase there.
Now I look back and regret it, I know I would acquire ?the one? iPhone, at a great price that would never be a loss.
Over the remaining months, with this possible purchase taking place in September/October, I noticed that more and more This ?used cell phone store? appeared in ads on the sides of the pages and I started to wonder which store that was. Until, one day, I was scrolling through LinkedIn and came across the story of a boy my age who had started a company... and that's how I learned about the genesis of Forall Phones.
From then on, I followed some news and saw from afar the growth of what was the Ambassador Program and today is the #forallfamily.
It was at the end of June 2018 that I joined this big family and since then, I haven't stopped. The day after my entry, there would be a dinner for ambassadors, now called Community Shapers and despite having just joined I decided to join. I thought nothing would be better than starting to get to know people right away. And then I realized! I realized that it is really the people, the Community that allows the success that Forall Phones has had. The sense of unity, responsibility and care for others. Understanding that together we go far and that everyone has their part and their own way of shaping this society.
With this program I aimed to achieve new skills, enrich my CV and even a way to earn commissions, but I gained so much more than that! It is not in vain that we refer to ourselves as family. Since I joined I have seen daily monitoring and care that comes from our CEO, José, to the team full time and until everyone else Community Shapers.
I am currently Community Leader, that is, I coordinate one of the teams spread throughout the territory. As you can see, in just a little more than two months I grew up in the family, which only highlights and proves the recognition given for our work.
Since I joined I have had the opportunity to provide sales, make friends, participate in training? grow! So, I can't wait to see what's next!
