The following terms and conditions exclusively detail the contractual relationships between the customer through the website www.forallphones.pt, headquartered in Arões de São Romão, 4820-749 Fafe, registered under the name Blue4All Lda with the taxpayer number PT513783903. Last update: July 2024

  • 1. Introduction

    The present Terms and Conditions are intended to govern the content of the website forallphones.pt (the “website”), owned by Blue4all, Lda., corporate entity no. 513783903, headquartered in Arões de São Romão, 4820-749 Fafe, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry (hereinafter referred to as “Forall Phones”), and its use by Users, as well as the conditions applicable to the purchase and sale contracts entered into with Customers through the website.

    1.1. Conditions of use of the website

    By accessing the website, the User acknowledges that they have read and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions, undertaking to comply with everything established therein. If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions or does not accept any of the provisions contained therein, the User should not use the website. The User undertakes to use the website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to law, morals, good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties. Forall Phones reserves the right to take such security measures as it deems appropriate and to resort to competent legal means to prevent, cease or sanction any abuses or illegal practices. The website may contain links to other websites, which may contain useful information/tools for its Users. These general Terms and Conditions do not apply to third-party websites. As such, if the User visits another website, redirected from our website, they should read its privacy policy.

    1.2. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

    Forall Phones reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights acquired regarding purchase and sale contracts already entered into and in execution.

    1.3. Liability

    Forall Phones is not responsible for damages arising from any computer viruses, network or internet supply problems, information provided by its suppliers, or any other situations beyond its control that prevent access to and correct functioning of the website, as well as the services made available on it.


  • 2. Intellectual property

    The contents available on forallphones.pt and its subdomains/subpages such as forallphones.es and forallphones.com (including, but not limited to, brands, logos, trade names, texts, comments, photographs, images, drawings, illustrations, graphics, among others) are duly protected from third parties by copyright and other intellectual and industrial property rights, belonging to Forall Phones and only used with the authorization of their holders.

    Any total or partial reproduction of the website or any of the aforementioned contents is strictly prohibited, with Forall Phones reserving the right to resort to the competent judicial means in order to defend its legitimate interests.

  • 3. Products and prices

    3.1. Product information

    Forall Phones considers the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, as well as photos and videos that illustrate the products sold, in strict compliance with market standards.

    3.2. Types of products

    Among the products available for sale on the website, you can find new and refurbished equipment.

    3.2.1. Refurbished equipment

    Refurbished equipment mainly includes items that have been on display in stores, customer returns, demonstration units, trade-ins, or lease contract renewals.

    Refurbished equipment is tested, possibly repaired, and certified by specialized and accredited technicians. This process involves restoring the equipment to the functional state it was in when new, meaning making it perfectly functional, reset, and clean as it was when originally produced.

    Refurbished equipment should be just as fast, reliable, responsive, and have the same storage capacity and features as when it was first manufactured.

    For refurbished equipment, the category must be taken into account - A+ (Like new), A (Excellent), B (Very good), and C (Good) - which classifies the condition of the external elements of the equipment. These categories (grades) are used to classify the signs of use presented by the equipment, and the price will vary according to the category (grade).

    Refurbished equipment from Forall Phones can fall into the following categories:

    A+ (Like new): equipment that is in practically new condition. However, the equipment may show small imperfections, such as nearly imperceptible micro-scratches that can only be seen at a certain angle and from a distance of less than 30 centimetres;

    A (Excellent): equipment that is in excellent condition. However, the equipment may show slight wear marks perceptible to touch and sight;

    B (Very good): equipment that is in very good condition. The equipment may show visible marks, some more pronounced scratches, or small dents.

    C (Good): equipment that is in satisfactory condition. The equipment may show very visible marks, more pronounced scratches, or deep dents.

    Grade C is the lowest aesthetic level of Forall's refurbished equipment.

    Note: During the refurbishing process, equipment may be refurbished with original or premium compatible parts, depending on stock availability.

    3.2.2. Battery Health of Refurbished iPhones

    Forall Refurbished iPhones are sold with battery health equal to or greater than 81%.

    From 01/04/2023, all Forall Refurbished iPhones sold in physical stores or on our website will be covered by a 5-year warranty including a free battery replacement (when a replacement is needed or a service message appears).

    3.2.3. iCloud and Apple ID on refurbished equipment

    The management of iCloud and Apple ID data is the responsibility of the customer and in case of forgetting, Apple Support will not be able to help restore the equipment and proceed with the respective iCloud deactivation, nor is Forall Phones permitted to perform this operation. Forall Phones advises that you store your iCloud account access data, associated Apple ID, and password in an agenda, equipment note, or other secure location.

    3.3. Product photos

    The photos of the products presented are merely illustrative. To that end, Forall Phones recommends that the User consult the detailed description of each product and, if necessary, contact Forall Phones directly to obtain complete and accurate information about its condition and respective characteristics.

    3.4. Price information

    The public sale prices indicated on forallphones.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros. VAT is included in all mentioned prices. The prices and products available on the Forall Phones website, as well as promotional campaigns and offers, are only valid for purchases made through the website. Shipping service costs are borne by the User and buyer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. Forall Phones reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Forall Phones commits to applying the rates and prices indicated at the time of the purchase order.

    3.4.1. VAT on refurbished products

    The prices of refurbished products are taxed under the special VAT regime - Second-hand goods. According to Article 8 of Decree-Law No. 199/96, of October 18:

    1. The transfers of second-hand goods, works of art, collectibles, or antiques subject to the margin scheme are exempt from tax when carried out under the terms of Article 14 of the VAT Code;

    2. The exemption referred to in the previous number grants the right to deduct the tax that may have burdened the acquisition of the respective goods and is stated on the invoice or equivalent document.

  • 4. Availability of products

    4.1. Items in stock

    All items on the website are available for order. The items available online have limited stock, so they may become unavailable without notice. If, after placing the online order, the ordered item is found to be out of stock and this affects the normal processing of the order, the Customer will be duly informed and may choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel their order without any additional penalty.

    4.2. Items out of stock

    In the event that the item(s) desired by the Customer is/are out of stock online, there is the possibility to register to receive an email notification when it becomes available again. To do this, follow these steps:

    On the desired product page, select "Notify me when available";

    This feature is available only for registered customers.

    Please note that when an out-of-stock item is restocked, the email notification is sent to all contacts who registered to receive it, with no prioritisation in sending, nor any possibility of prior reservation.

    4.3. Campaigns

    All promotional campaigns have limited stock and the items in question may become unavailable without prior notice, notwithstanding the information about the item's unavailability when this occurs.

  • 5. Customer registration

    To make purchases through the website, it is not necessary to register as a Customer.

    However, we suggest you do so, as it allows for a more expedited purchasing process.

    You can create an account at any time, even before completing the purchase of any equipment.

    To register on the website, you should go to the "Login / Register" option.

    Then, the necessary personal data will be collected so that we can identify you and provide a personalized customer service.

    After registering, you will receive a message at the indicated email confirming that your account is active (please check your spam box).

  • 6. Purchase process and payment methods

    6.1. Initiating the purchase

    To initiate the purchase, you should add all the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. To proceed, access the shopping cart, confirm its contents, and click on the "Continue" option.

    6.2. Filling in contact and shipping information

    Enter or confirm your shipping details and click on the "Continue" option. Filling in the information is the sole responsibility of the Customer, and Forall Phones is not responsible for checking any errors or inconsistencies regarding contact details, shipping address, or any other information that may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

    6.3. Collection points and shipping methods

    6.3.1. Collection points

    A) Home delivery:

    The Customer can choose to receive the ordered product at a location of their choice, provided it is within the geographic area indicated on the website. Items may take up to 5 business days to reach their destination (counting from the shipping date, not the order date). Forall Phones is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect filling in of the shipping address, which is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Errors in the provided information may result in delays in receiving the order. If the Customer is not at the specified home address at the time of delivery by the courier, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact the courier to schedule a new delivery or arrange delivery to another address or pick-up point.

    B) DPD pickup point:

    The Customer can place an order online by making payment through the Forall Phones website and choose to collect their order at a DPD pickup point. The equipment may take up to 5 business days to be available for collection at the chosen DPD pickup point. Once the items are ready for collection, the Customer will receive a notification via email or SMS with this information directly from the DPD courier. These points are conveniently located in various areas and allow you to collect your equipment quickly and safely. Check the DPD pickup points here.

    Note: The delivery times for orders are defined by the Courier, and this estimate is based on the normal functioning of all involved entities. For reasons beyond Forall Phones' control, if delivery experiences slight delays, you should contact the courier directly. You can check the courier responsible for your order in the shipping confirmation email you received from Forall Phones.

    6.3.2. Changing the collection point after placing the order

    After placing the order, if the Customer needs to change the collection point, Forall Phones is not responsible for non-compliance with the delivery times established in point 6.3.1.

    How the Customer should proceed with various options for changing the collection point:

    Changing the home address - the Customer should contact the courier directly using the general number provided on the courier's website and request the change.

    6.3.3. Shipping methods

    Forall Phones delivers its products through partner couriers, namely, but not limited to, DPD (deliveries to Portuguese territory and mainland Iberian territory) and DHL (for international territory). These are automatically selected by Forall Phones based on what it believes to be the fastest option. Except for duly communicated exceptional circumstances and situations not attributable to Forall Phones, the delivery process of an order may take up to 5 business days from the moment it is shipped by Forall Phones. It should be noted that all order deliveries are made on business days and during business hours, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Therefore, Forall Phones warns that delays may occur in the event of festive or commemorative dates, such as holidays or point tolerance days.

    Note: The delivery times for orders are defined by the Courier, and this estimate is based on the normal functioning of all involved entities. For reasons beyond Forall Phones' control, if delivery experiences slight delays, you should contact the courier directly. You can check the courier responsible for your order in the shipping confirmation email you received from Forall Phones.

    6.3.3.1. Delivery time

    DPD Courier:

    Mainland Portugal - up to 2 business days after shipment; DPD Islands Portugal - Madeira, São Miguel, Terceira up to 3 business days after shipment. Santa Maria, Corvo, Pico, São Jorge, Graciosa, Flores, and Porto Santo up to 5 business days after shipment.

    6.3.4. Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated per order and depend on the country and location where your order will be delivered and, possibly, the total purchase value.

    Mainland Portugal and Islands (free shipping for orders over €99.90): €6.90 Europe: €14.90 Angola: €59.90 *Forall Phones delivers to the following Schengen Area countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Switzerland.

    *Forall Phones is not responsible for any import duties or other taxes or fees applicable to the goods by the destination country.

    *Countries outside the Schengen Area - according to the listing, we consider Angola - shipments are subject to customs clearance costs which will be borne by the recipient.

    Please note that deliveries are not made to the following territories: Ceuta, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Melilla, the United Kingdom, and all other countries not considered in the above information.

    Once the desired shipping method has been selected, you should select the payment method.

    6.4. Payment methods

    After completing the steps described in the previous point, the Customer will be directed to a new page, where they can choose any of the payment methods presented there:

    Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Union Pay credit cards. Payment by American Express is not available. At the end of the order, you will be asked for your card details in a completely secure environment. The debit will be made after confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose payment validation raises doubts or suspicions. MB Way: Make the payment through your smartphone via the MB Way application (this option requires an active internet connection. Payment must be made within 3 days of placing the order, with Forall reserving the right to cancel the order if the deadline is not met. To ensure efficient processing of your order, we advise making the payment as soon as possible. Multibanco Reference: Simply go to the nearest ATM or pay via Homebanking, select the 'Payment of Purchases/Services' option, and enter the entity, reference, and amount sent by Forall. Bank Transfer; Payment in Installments: Forall offers installment payments: Floa: Pay in 3 installments or pay in 4 installments, with no costs using a credit or debit card with its partner FLOA. FLOA BANK, a public limited company (société anonyme), with a share capital of €72,297,200, registered in the Bordeaux commercial register under number 434 130 423, headquartered at Bâtiment G7 - 71 Rue Lucien Faure in Boreaux (33300), FRANCE, offers payment solutions reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in Portugal and holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiration date corresponding to the duration of the repayment that allows you to pay for your purchases of goods and/or services through "Payment in 3X" or "Payment in 4X", without interest. After completing your order, you should choose to pay using the desired payment method "Payment in 3X" or "Payment in 4X" by Credit or Debit Card; you will then be redirected to the FLOA BANK website, where you can make your payment.     If any problem arises with any of the mentioned payment methods, you should make a transfer for the purchase amount to the IBAN PT50 0033 0000 45683965550 05 and then send us the respective proof to hello@forallphones.com.

    6.5. Finalizing the order

    Once the payment method has been chosen and the respective details have been entered, you should click on the "Pay securely" option to finalize the purchase. Then, you will receive an email confirming your order and with information/instructions regarding the payment, according to the selected payment method.

  • 7. Parcel shipments

    The order will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation of payment by banking and financial payment entities, depending on product availability, and an email with this information will be sent to the Customer. Except for technical errors or any other issues beyond Forall Phones' control, all items listed on the website as available are available for order. The Customer will be duly informed and supported in the event of a stockout or delay in order shipment. When the order is in transit, the Customer may have the option to track the order in real-time through the provision of a tracking code. This tracking should be done directly on the partner couriers' website, and Forall Phones is not responsible for any errors or defects in the partners' computer systems.


    If the order has been returned to Forall Phones for any reason (e.g., unclaimed order or incorrect shipping address), Forall Phones will contact the Customer through the provided means to schedule a new shipment.


    When an order is returned to Forall due to the customer's responsibility, and the customer wishes to have the order sent again, the costs of a new shipment will be applied.


    After contact, if there is no feedback from the Customer within 30 days, Forall Phones will consider the purchase abandoned and will proceed with the refund of the amount paid by the Customer, less any costs incurred with the shipment of the item, as well as storage-related expenses.   • 8. Order cancellation

    Without prejudice to the provisions of Point 9., the Customer may cancel their order up to the moment of preparation of the items, and must do so through the customer area of the website.

    The return of the order amount and respective transport charges will be refunded within 5 to 14 business days by bank transfer to the NIB/IBAN provided by the Customer or through the payment method previously used in the order.

  • 9. Returns policy

    When the purchase has been made through the website with home delivery, you have a period of 14 days from the day you acquired physical possession of the product(s) (or from the day a third party indicated by you acquired it) to cancel the contract without the need to indicate any reason, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10(1) of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of 18 October. You can proceed with the return as long as the item is in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging and accompanied by all accessories. You can do this in two ways:

    Through the customer area on the forallphones.pt website; Send an email to hello@forallphones.com describing the reason for the return. Our customer support department will contact you to inform you of the next steps. Once this right is exercised, you will be refunded all payments made to Forall Phones, with the cost of returning the product(s) being borne by the Customer. Forall Phones must refund within 14 days from the date it was informed of the decision to terminate the contract, however, it may withhold such reimbursement until the goods are received or until the Customer provides proof of return of the item. The Customer must return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of exercising this right by sending it to Rua do Centro Cultural 5, 2nd Floor, Room 5, Alvalade, 1700-249 Lisbon, Portugal.

    In the event of a return, the product(s) must be returned in their original and complete state (including packaging, accessories, instruction manual, etc.) and packaged in the same way as during shipment.

    Without prejudice to other circumstances resulting from the law, the following contracts are excluded from the Right of Free Termination of the Contract for the purposes of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of 18 October:

    Supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized; Supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate; Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery. If, upon home delivery of the order, the Customer identifies that the envelope and/or box packaging the item is damaged, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract due to transport damage, and should therefore refuse to accept the order and contact Forall Phones within 24 hours. If the order is accepted, you have 24 hours to communicate the condition of the order to hello@forallphones.com, attaching photos of the envelope, box, and product if necessary. If communication exceeds 24 hours, Forall Phones reserves the right not to be held responsible for equipment damage.

    After the 14-day period, the normal warranty process will follow - repair or replacement of the equipment. The equipment must be delivered as it was shipped, in its original packaging, with all its components and accessories, without signs of misuse, without configured accounts, without screen lock, and accompanied by the respective invoice.

    The return of the order amount and respective transport charges will be refunded by bank transfer to the NIB/IBAN provided by the Customer when requesting the Right of Free Termination.

  • 10. Warranty and after-sales assistance

    10.1. Warranty Period


    The products sold by Forall Phones on forallphones.pt are covered by the Legal Regime for Consumer Rights in the Purchase and Sale of Goods, Digital Content, and Services, approved by Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of 18 October, in its current version, with compliance guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of delivery of the goods in the case of new or refurbished goods. In the case of used goods, the warranty period is eighteen months after delivery of the goods. Therefore, the products sold by Forall Phones have the following warranty periods:


    • 5 years for refurbished iPhones;
    • 3 years for other refurbished products;
    • 3 years for new products;
    • 18 months for used products.


    You can exercise your rights by going to a Forall Phones store with the respective product, complete and without signs of misuse, and the respective purchase invoice or by contacting the Forall Phones Customer Support line. You can also contact the manufacturer directly.


    *For business entities, the period is 2 years.


    10.2. Warranty Activation


    If you wish to activate the warranty, you can do so as follows:


    • Send an email to garantia@forallphones.com describing the equipment anomaly along with the invoice to activate the Warranty. Our customer support department will contact you to inform you of the next steps in the Warranty activation process.


    If the equipment is approved by the technical department for warranty activation, the necessary repair/replacement actions will be taken. Without prejudice to other situations provided by law, equipment damaged by improper use, negligence, falls, liquid traces, or wear due to use, justified by broken parts such as LCD/Back Light, e.g., colored stripes, stains, or totally dark, as well as the rear camera lens, rear cover, or others, liquid spills, and component wear due to use, will not be repaired or, if applicable, replaced. Or in cases where the equipment has been tampered with by third parties, as the equipment has "anti-void" seals that allow technicians to detect these situations.


    *Note: During the equipment refurbishment process, it may be done with original or premium compatible parts, according to stock availability.


    However, if the diagnosis disapproves the warranty activation, our team will present a repair quote, or if the equipment cannot be repaired, we will provide disposal options. For the customer to receive the equipment at their address, they must cover the shipping costs at a fixed rate of €6.90.


    Please note that water-resistant equipment does not mean it is waterproof or cannot be damaged by water contact, so Forall Phones recommends avoiding contact of the equipment with any aqueous or highly humid environment. Thus, water-related (or other liquid) damages are not covered by the warranty.


    10.3. Delivery of Equipment for Repair


    In the case of equipment repair, the Customer must validate if they comply with the following procedures:


    • iCloud deactivated: It is the Customer's responsibility to deactivate iCloud when delivering the equipment for repair, except in the case of an external repair, i.e., equipment not purchased from Forall Phones or not covered by the warranty;
    • If the Customer does not want to format their equipment's data, they agree that Forall Phones is not responsible for data loss during the equipment intervention process and/or the need to format the equipment;
    • For repair processes, the Customer should not leave accessories with their equipment (e.g., case or screen protector), except for the charger and USB cable when requested by Forall Phones. Forall Phones is not responsible for the loss or damage of such items.


    The Forall Phones representative, upon receiving the equipment from the Customer, will analyze the external condition regarding the presence of scratches, dents, and other marks on the equipment to determine its condition at the time of delivery.


    In the warranty repair process, if the equipment shows signs of repair by another entity other than Forall Phones or shows damage caused by the Customer (e.g., broken LCD, water damage, ...), the warranty will be automatically rejected. In such situations, a Forall Phones representative will contact the Customer to inform them of the decision and ask if they wish to proceed with an external repair. If confirmed, a quote will be provided, and the repair will only be carried out after the Customer has expressly accepted it.


    According to Article 4, No. 2 of Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April, Forall Phones may carry out repairs within a maximum period of 30 days.


    Forall Phones will inform the Customer by email and/or SMS as soon as their equipment is ready for collection after being received for repair. If the equipment is not claimed after 3 months, it will become the property of Blue4All Lda - Forall Phones.

  • 11. Personal data

    All personal data collected on the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and its acceptance is an essential condition for the use of certain sections and/or functionalities of the website.
  • 12. Alternative dispute resolution

    In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes.
    According to Article 14, Nos. 2 and 3 of Law No. 24/96, of 31 July ("Consumer Protection Law"), in its current version, Forall Phones is subject to mandatory arbitration or mediation within the scope of consumer conflicts up to €5,000.00 (five thousand euros) when, at the express choice of the Customer, they are submitted to the arbitration tribunal attached to the legally authorized consumer conflict arbitration centers.

  • 13. Electronic complaint book

    In compliance with Ordinance No. 201-A/2017, of June 30, and without prejudice to the possibility of contacting us through one of the means referred to in Point 16, the Customer is informed that they may submit a complaint through the Forall Phones Electronic Complaints Book, accessible at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

  • 14. Applicable legislation

    These Terms and Conditions, as well as all contracts concluded under them, are governed by Portuguese law.
  • 15. Repairs

    All repair requests must be communicated and scheduled with the technical department via email at reparo@forallphones.com.

    The technical department has a period of 3 to 15 business days to diagnose the problem with the device and present the customer with the measures to be taken for repair, which in exceptional cases may take up to 30 business days.

    The repair will only commence after the customer approves the quotation via in-person visit, email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

    During the repair process, if any other anomaly and/or problem is detected that was not identified by the technician during the initial evaluation period of the first quotation, the customer will be contacted, and the repair sequence will only be completed after the customer approves the new quotation. Otherwise, the device will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was initially delivered, without associated costs or losses for both parties.

    The quotation values are valid for 10 business days after contact with the equipment owner. After 10 business days, the quotation value may be changed.

    The Customer has three months to collect the equipment after being informed of the completion of the repair. If this period is exceeded, the equipment will be treated as abandoned if not collected for reasons beyond the direct responsibility of the company. Abandoned equipment will become the property of Blue4All Lda — OpenBox, and will be used or recycled at their discretion.
    *Quotations up to €20 are repaired without prior notice.

  • 17. Forall Phones Liability and Final Provisions

    Forall Phones shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may result from the improper functioning of the website, whether due to computer failure, viruses, trojans, worms, or any material that may affect your computer, computer equipment, data, or materials as a result of using the website.
    Any programming errors or defects in the operation of the computer system (machine) are excepted, under the terms and for the purposes of Articles 32 and 33, No. 2, paragraphs a) and b) of Decree-Law No. 7/2004, of 7 January.
    If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any law, that clause or part thereof shall, to that extent, be deemed not to form part of these Terms and Conditions, and the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining clauses shall not be affected. In such case, the part of the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a provision (or part of a provision) that is legal, valid, and enforceable and that has, to the greatest extent possible, a similar effect to the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or part thereof, considering the content and purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
    These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between Forall Phones and the User. Forall Phones reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will not have retroactive effect, meaning they will not affect any contractual relationships established before the time of the amendment, and will take immediate effect.
