A Forall Phones was awarded for the second consecutive time with the 5 Star Award Estrelas - Lisbon RegionUsed Smartphones Category.
The Five Star Regions Award measures the degree of satisfaction that products, services and brands provide to their users, with < strong>objective of evaluating and rewarding the best that Portugal has to offerin different regions and consumption categories. A complete and rigorous methodology is used, taking into account variable evaluation criteria that influence consumers' purchasing choices.
The National Population spontaneously voted for Forall Phones, which was once again elected Used Smartphones leader. Affected by the pandemic that arrived in our country last year, we have shown once again that it is through difficulties that we must rebuild and innovate! 2020 was above all a year of learning and change, and with the launch of our Live Store - purchase assisted by video call - and extension of < span style="color: #312dcc;">range of refurbished Apple products, we have demonstrated our desire to be as close as possible to our customers and their needs!
The result of these changes and learning is visible: a total score of 7.85 out of 10 and the renewal of the 5 Award Star Regions! Forall Phones stood out in an evaluation made up of factors such as Satisfaction / Trial, Price / Quality, Recommendation, Brand Trust and Innovation. With the renewal of the 5 Star Regions Award we further strengthen our leadership in the refurbished technology sector, always ensuring the quality of our products and services to our customers< /strong>!
