Responsibilities

• Interact with our customers and community via email, phone call, social media,
website;
• Provide after sales assistance and technical troubleshooting support;
• Solve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining
the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem;
• Manage large amounts of incoming online requests and shipping requests;
• Monitor, analyze and improve our response-rate performance;
• Contact with our store managers, carrier partners and provide appropriate solutions
and support within the time limits.
• Manage and control inventory ;
• Administrative support for logistics activities;

Qualifications

● Proven experience in customer support, call center or similar;
● Good knowledge in Spanish, English and Portuguese is a big plus;
● Approachable, proactive and pragmatic personality;
● Ability to prioritize requests in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment;
● Able to work autonomously and organized;
● Problem-solving skills, open-minded and
tolerant.
