It all started with ?getting the word out?, then a website was born and in October 2017 the first Forall Phones physical store, in Lisbon. Although the world is constantly changing, and online shopping is common these days, there is still the habit of looking for a physical store, to see, try and if we really like it, the purchase actually takes place. . As such, Forall wanted to give its customers the opportunity to do so without having to travel to the capital to make their purchase. At the beginning of 2018, Forall Phones opened its second store and this time it was the undefeated city that did the house honors, right in the heart of the city of Porto. As time passed, our brand consolidated itself, creating a great base of trust with its customers and demand intensified more and more. Therefore, it made perfect sense to expand to other parts of our country. And for that reason, in November we opened the doors to the new stores located in the cities of Leiria and Coimbra, hosting a big party where we were attended by several members of the Forall family community, customers and friends. The store openings included live music, popcorn for those who visited us, balloons (because a party that is a party must always have balloons) and fulfilled the objective of cheering up those who decided to celebrate this new stage with us.
In the space of a year we already have four physical stores and the truth is that we do not intend to stop there, we will soon open the Setúbal store. Our objective, in addition to being number one in Portugal in the pre-owned mobile phone market, is to sell top-of-the-range mobile phones at an affordable price, and for that we need to reach a greater number of people, but above all we want that our customers have the option of making a purchase in a traditional way, that is, in physical stores, without having to travel far from their area of ??residence.
Our commitment is to our customers because satisfied customers always end up coming back. And it is the certainty that those who try it come back that makes our effort and dedication worthwhile, which is what we work for every day as a team.
