Before going to one of our stores, you can even obtain the approximate value of the return, always bearing in mind that this value will be merely descriptive and may change depending on the assessment of the technician in the store.
Simulate the trade-in and find out how much your iPhone is worth
Forall Phones offers a simulator that calculates the maximum trade-in value, based on the model and memory of your iPhone. We are currently accepting smartphones that fall between the iPhone 8 line and the iPhone 11 Pro Max line. This means that you will not be able to return a device whose brand or model is not included in the list of equipment in our simulator.
The value that appears in the simulation is a reference to the maximum budget for your iPhone, and may change depending on the assessment carried out by the technician in the store, and taking into account the condition of the components and signs of use of the equipment. At the moment, the value could be between ?86 and ?567.
The technical test of your equipment serves to check all its functionalities and components, as well as to evaluate the aesthetics of the equipment (signs of use or wear, scratches, stains, among others). Please note that Forall Phones reserves the right to reject the return of equipment if it does not present commercial value. This does not mean that equipment with several brands of use will not be accepted by us, there is always a risk that the cell phone will receive a lower value than expected.
Should I erase data from the device before handing it over?
Yes. The customer must always unlink the iPhone from the iCloud accounts and unlock it correctly (e.g. Find My iPhone disabled). You must also delete all data from the device, such as personal files, photographs, chronology of visited websites, keeping the operating system in its original state.
The data that is not deleted by the customer will be completely removed by the Forall Phones technician, and no copies will be saved on other devices.
Where can I deliver my iPhone?
Currently, the return service is available in our physical stores, in Lisbon and Porto. You should go to one of these stores to deliver the old equipment and use the trade-in value to purchase Forall Phones equipment.
