We often hear that it is in the greatest crises that the greatest opportunities arise. In the program ?3 minutes to inspire Portugal? from RTP1 in partnership with Marketing FutureCast Lab, Forall Phones was able to demonstrate just that.
The moment of closing the doors to some of our stores for an indefinite period was difficult, but it allowed us to test our capacity for innovation and adaptation. It was in this context that we thought about launching Live Store ? Purchase Assisted by Video Call, and within a few days the idea went beyond paper to reality.
This was one of the measures that helped us not lose sales in the context of lockdown. We completely reversed the sales distribution between online/offline. Andthefeedbackfrom customers was very positive< /strong>:
This feedback positive effect was also reflected in sales: 1 in every 4 users of our Live Store complete their purchase instantly via video call.
The future is uncertain and that doesn't scare us. It motivates us to look every day for solutions that guarantee the safety of our employees so that together, we can deliver the always quality.
