?Hello, I'm Nuno Rodrigues and, with great pride, I've been part of the Forall Family for about a year. I'm from Abrantes and study Computer Engineering at the University of Beira Interior.
Today I come to tell you a little about my journey as a Community Shaper at Forall Phones which I can describe as #humanodeforall in my life, I prefer to describe it as being a #humanforall as it was an experience that perfectly describes the brand's spirit: for everyone.
I discovered Forall Family practically at an early stage in September last year and assumed it would be a relevant professional opportunity for me. Since I joined at the end of October of the same year, I have come to realize that Forall Family would become much more than a ?professional opportunity?: a year ago I considered myself a shy person and considerably closed to new experiences. I admit that, during this year, step by step,I have been changing this panorama immensely thanks to this community. Proof of this is the photo above, capturing a moment where I was speaking openly to around 30 people about all of this year's achievements at an event organized especially for the entire Forall team (Full-time employees+Community Shapers). This event was one of the moments that add to those thatwe have been organizing, many of them national meetings between Community Shapers from all over the country interacting with the rest of the Forall Phones Full-time team.
Returning to the issue of professional development, I would like to share my journey at Forall Phones, which can be found on my Linkedin personal:
As a Community Shaper (previously designated Ambassador) at Forall Family I applied myself and developed me much more as a professional than in other common experience in the job market: I developed advanced sales skills (having sold more than 20 smartphones in a month), I made the managing my own team of Community Shapers from Beira Interior and the Azores, I translated Forall Phones web pages, created web pages and currently manage all program operations and above all, I feel good about growing upstep by stepwithin this family.
In short, I can say that my experience at Forall Community (and that of many other Community Shapers within the Forall Family) it is a ramp for personal and professional growth foreveryone who is willing to reach other levels with us.
