1. BLACK FRIDAY | CYBER WEEK CAMPAIGN

The Black Friday Campaign takes place on November 25, 26, and 27, 2022, and the Cyber Week Campaign runs from November 28, 2022, to December 2, 2022, valid for purchases on the website www.forallphones.pt or in physical stores in Lisbon and Porto.

1.1 Prices, Warranty, Exchanges, and Returns

1.1.1 Prices. The prices of products presented as "up to 60% OFF" are directly related to the selling price of the same product in new condition, that is, discounts can reach up to 60% compared to the price of the same product in "new" condition.

1.1.2 Warranty. The warranty of the equipment purchased during the campaign remains the same as equipment purchased outside the campaign period. For more information, see item 10. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT on the same Terms and Conditions page.

1.1.3 Exchanges and Returns. For the exchange or return of equipment purchased during the campaign, the conditions remain the same as for equipment purchased outside the campaign period. For more information, see item 9. RETURN POLICY on the same Terms and Conditions page.

1.2 Amazon Kindle Offer

1.2.1 Amazon Kindle Offer. For purchases equal to or greater than €399, the customer will receive 1 (one) Amazon Kindle 4 6" (2011) 4th gen WiFi 256MB 2GB Grey as a gift. *Campaign valid from November 25 to 27, 2022.

1.2.2 If the customer decides to return the equipment that originated the offer, the customer must also return the Amazon Kindle 4 6" (2011) 4th gen WiFi 256MB 2GB Grey offered.

1.2.3 The warranty period for the offered equipment will be 3 years against technical manufacturing problems. The warranty will not cover issues related to battery life, as this is a component subject to natural wear and tear depending on usage.

1.2.4 The Kindle offer campaign is subject to existing stock.

1.2.5 The use of promotional codes or vouchers is suspended during the Black Friday and Cyber Week 2022 campaign.

2. CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2022

The Christmas Campaign 2022 will be valid for purchases made between December 19, 2022, and December 31, 2022. When purchasing an iPhone during the campaign period, we will offer a battery replacement for when it requires technical assistance. This replacement will be valid at any time during the warranty period. For more information on the warranty period, see item 10 - WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT. In addition to battery replacement, you will also receive an offer for testing and validation of the overall quality of the components, global cleaning of the equipment, and cleaning of the speaker, earpiece, microphone, and charging port.

*Battery replacement will only be eligible if the equipment has never been serviced by another repair center and if the equipment shows no signs of internal oxidation, with the liquid presence seals inactive. An invoice must be presented.

3. NEW BATTERY CAMPAIGN JANUARY 2023

The New Battery Campaign January 2023 will be valid for purchases made between January 7, 2023, and January 31, 2023. When purchasing an iPhone during the campaign period, we will offer a battery replacement for when it requires technical assistance. This replacement will be valid at any time during the warranty period. For more information on the warranty period, see item 10 - WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT. In addition to battery replacement, you will also receive an offer for testing and validation of the overall quality of the components, global cleaning of the equipment, and cleaning of the speaker, earpiece, microphone, and charging port.

4. VALENTINE'S DAY CAMPAIGN 2023

The Valentine's Day Campaign 2023 will be valid for purchases made between February 10, 2023, and February 28, 2023. When purchasing an iPhone with a value equal to or greater than €399, two (2) EarPods with 3.5mm connector and one (1) dual-output Lightning Adapter for 3.5mm headphones will be offered, allowing two users to listen to the same audio from the iPhone. *The adapter does not have a microphone function for making phone calls.

5. FATHER'S DAY CAMPAIGN 2023

The Father's Day Campaign 2023 will be valid for purchases made between March 1, 2023, and March 31, 2023, on our website www.forallphones.pt or in one of our physical stores. When purchasing an iPhone during the campaign period, we will offer a battery replacement for when it requires technical assistance. This replacement will be valid at any time during the warranty period. For more information on the warranty period, see item 10 - WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT. In addition to battery replacement, you will also receive an offer for testing and validation of the overall quality of the components, global cleaning of the equipment, and cleaning of the speaker, earpiece, microphone, and charging port.

6. EASTER CAMPAIGN 2023

The Easter Campaign 2023 will be valid for purchases made between April 1, 2023, and April 30, 2023, in one of our physical stores or on our website https://forallphones.pt/. When purchasing an iPhone, a package of Minipreço chocolates will be offered.

7. SUMMER CAMPAIGN 2023

The Forall Summer Campaign 2023, in partnership with LOVYS Insurance, consists of offering 2 months of insurance after registering and paying for the first month of subscription. In other words, you pay for the first month and get the second and third months for free.

The campaign will be valid from July 25 to August 31. During this time, all customers can participate and take advantage of the 2 free months of insurance. To do this, simply register and make the first payment to unlock the offer.

The equipment to be insured does not need to have been purchased at Forall Phones, nor at the same time. To participate in the campaign, the equipment must have been purchased within the last 3 years, and the customer must have the purchase invoice in their name for identity verification.
