And so it was! Yesterday another season of what is the biggest technological event in Europe ended. Four days full of innovation, technology, more or less successful speeches and, above all, full of an entrepreneurial spirit that, whether due to the lights or not, turns into ?vdesire to be and do.?
And I could talk about one of the 20 thousand companies that were present there, I could describe the motivating journey of one of the thousand speakers , but this article would become as banal as the thousands of news items that were released this week. So, I decided to talk about the 2 thousand volunteers who were there and who made such a large event in Lisbon possible.
Coming from all corners of the world, these young people help every year in the creation and execution of < i>Web Summit. And as their t-shirts indicate, they are ?volunteers?, who receive nothing for being there, just the experience of belonging to the organization of a summit that adds so much to its participants.
And of course, the shapers of Forall were no exception? With the entrepreneurial spirit that so characterizes this company well and the young people who make it up, took the initiative and embraced this project.
We had more than a dozen shapers in the venue performing the most varied functions. More than ten young people who put their studies, the cold and other excuses behind them and went ?to work for free?!
?By networking< /span>? or to ?know the concept without having to pay ticket?, everyone had their own motivations. But the most impressive thing is that they wanted to add something not only to that event, but to add something to themselves. And that's how an entrepreneur grows!
