To mark Earth Day, we will be holding Earth Week this week (from April 22nd to 28th) where for every smartphone sold we will plant 1 tree. strong>
Earth Week arises from the need to create greater awareness among the general public about the approximately 50 million tons of electronic waste that are generated globally. These tons of waste are loaded with toxic substances such as mercury or PVC that end up in the air and drinking water, increasing pollution around the world.
Only around 40% of e -global waste is recycled every year, a percentage to which Forall Phones actively contributes, giving a new life to smartphones, refurbishing them and bringing to the market a solution that is not only more environmentally sustainable but also more competitive in terms of price compared to purchasing new equipment - Refurbished iPhones up to 40% cheaper.
In addition to refurbishing mobile phones, we also intend to refurbish the environment, ensuring that during this week for every mobile phone sold, a tree is planted in Portugal. This initiative will have the support of the Forall Phones - Forall Family community, which will help with the planting of these same trees on the land.
